Practical systems. Shared adult understanding. A clearer next step.

I work selectively with schools and program leaders to build or strengthen behavior systems and address focused student-support needs. The work can include observation, collaborative planning, staff learning, and follow-up, with responsibilities and scope agreed before we begin.

Targeted Student Consultation

$850· One focused consultation cycle

When one recurring student situation needs a closer look, a focused cycle gives your team an outside perspective and a defined endpoint. The working process includes intake and records review, observation, analysis and practical recommendations, a collaborative team discussion, and follow-up. We confirm the specific scope, deliverables, scheduling, and travel terms before booking.

90-Day Supportive Launch

$7,500· Standalone 90-calendar-day engagement

For school teams building a new behavior program or strengthening an existing one. Through staff learning, collaborative design, coaching, and follow-up, we select priorities and help your team teach and begin using practical systems. The engagement closes at Day 90 with a handoff and next-step discussion. Exact hours, deliverables, travel, and contact boundaries are agreed in advance.

Small-District Special Education Partnership

Your district needs the expertise. The workload may not require another full-time position.

Starting at $3,500 per month· Scope and responsibilities agreed before services begin.

Small districts still need thoughtful special education support, even when the workload doesn’t neatly fill a full-time position. This partnership brings in experienced support for defined needs, with a scope that reflects your students, staffing, and program.

Tell me where the work is getting stuck.

Share a brief description of your school or program, the recurring need, and the kind of support you are exploring. We’ll start by clarifying fit and scope. Please leave student names and sensitive records out of this first message.
