Build or strengthen a behavior program with systems your adults understand and can begin teaching and using. We start with the setting and the team’s priorities, then work through staff learning, collaborative design, coaching, and follow-up.
A launch with a defined finish
The focus is on introducing and beginning implementation of prioritized systems, clarifying adult roles, and supporting team ownership. At Day 90, we review what was introduced, what is in use, remaining needs, and next steps. Full implementation of all six systems is not a guaranteed outcome of the initial launch.
Fit and scope first
Before beginning, we agree on priorities, deliverables, professional hours, travel, scheduling, and contact boundaries. At the end, your school may continue independently or discuss a separate, optional $1,500-per-month Implementation Partnership.
